Bursa Malaysia is Malaysia's official securities exchange market. It is an exchange holding company approved under Section 15 of Malaysia's Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. It operates and fully featured exchange, offering an integrated range of services which span trading, clearing, settlement and depository services. In addition to equities, Bursa Malaysia also operates and maintains a Futures & Options exchange, an Offshore Financial Exchange, a Clearing House for the securities exchange and a Central Depository. Bursa Malaysia Information Sdn Bhd is responsible for the dissemination of prices and information relating to securities quoted on exchanges within the group. This includes live stock quotes, company announcements and other financial data relating to companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
